Changing the way you imagine North American sauna
Nordic culture has harnessed the power of heat and cold for thousands of years. The thermic cycle of heat, cold, rest, and repeat can be the formula to combatting modern stress. We as humans are built to do hard things and without challenges, we can lose touch of our bodies and the things that matter around us.
We see sauna as a tool to help mend this modern stress, be present, and create community with those you love.
We believe quality and beauty lies in the details. Using traditional, deliberate, and modern design to create saunas to thrive in our Montana environment. We incorporate natural elements to showcase their instrinsic elegance to create meaningful moments.
We value the environment above all. Implementing the most environmentally friendly materials and practices to guide our operation in a direction that preserves the environment for future generations.
We believe in building things that will stand up to time. Using traditional Finnish design along with modern materials and techniques, we’re continuously striving to create the most beautiful and long lasting saunas around.
Lastly, we believe in humanity. Being kind, respectful, and creating an open environment to allow growth and empathy for all.

This all began in a hospital bed while Stephen was undergoing chemotherapy in the summer of 2023. Well aware of the benefits of sauna and a desire to build using sustainable, non-toxic materials, this idea became reality in the summer of 2024.

Stephen discovered the power of hot and cold on a trip to Iceland almost a decade ago. Since then, he’s incorporated sauna and cold to help relieve stress, recover sore muscles, and disconnect from modern life. With a degree in Construction Management and 20 years of experience in many facets of construction, Stephen understands how to build things to last. An avid mountain enthusiast and guide, Stephen also understands how heat therapy can provide benefits physically and mentally.
